At Lawrence Covell, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all original designer packaging and tags are included to maintain the item's condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
